A Systemic Approach to Inclusive Program Design and Management in Early Childhood Education

Abstract

Inclusive education in early childhood education represents a priority area of contemporary educational policies, aimed at ensuring equitable access to learning opportunities for all children, regardless of their developmental characteristics, socio-cultural background, or specific educational needs. In this context, the development and management of inclusive educational programs require the integration of coherent methodological frameworks based on the analysis of children’s individual needs, curricular adaptation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The present study proposes a conceptual model for the management of inclusive education programs in early childhood education, grounded in a collaborative and systemic approach to educational intervention. The study examines the stages involved in designing inclusive programs, differentiated teaching strategies, methods for coordinating the educational team, and mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating children’s progress. The findings highlight the central role of the teacher in facilitating the active participation of all children, as well as the importance of institutional and family partnerships in ensuring the effectiveness of educational interventions. The proposed model contributes to optimizing the management of inclusive programs by integrating the methodological, organizational, and evaluative dimensions of early educational intervention and provides operational guidelines for the development of sustainable educational practices oriented toward equity and inclusion.
