Aims and scope

Advances in Education Sciences (ISSN: 2668-5256, ISSN-L: 2668-5256) is a printed and online, international, biannual, academic journal published by the University of Craiova, Department of Education and Communication Sciences, Communication, Education Sciences, Media Research Center (CSEM), Virtual Learning Environments Research Laboratory. 

Advances in Education Sciences is an open-access journal that adheres to the standards of double blinded peer-review. The scientific review assumes the mission to publish only significant contributions, original papers on education sciences on new theoretical perspectives and innovative methods, techniques and procedures. It also publishes reviews of books with high impact within the field of education sciences. Avoiding plagiarism and respecting the intellectual property, the journal intents to edit and publish high-quality, innovative, practical and influential research. Focusing on the field of Education Sciences, it aims to be an interdisciplinary journal. The journal publishes theoretical and practical papers covering topics from the universe of education sciences: computer-assisted education, open and distance education, adult education, higher education, initial and continuous teacher training, educational curriculum studies, instructional methods and techniques, evaluation and assessment, educational policies, pre-university education, educational psychology, educational management, educational and career counseling. AESJ was sent for inclusion at the National Library of Romania. All articles are published under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license. The copyright belongs to the authors, which retain publishing rights without any restrictions, as evidenced in our policy.
